Is strongly praised by her members, being called "Duce (commander)" and "Nee-san" with friendliness. Although her real name is Anzai Chiyomi, she seems to prefer "Anchovy". Tank commander of a P40. In the match against the Selection University Team, she forcibly boarded the CV-33 as it's commander.
