Bug: Database inconsistencies?

Just found out my post #150968 vanished.

It does no longer exist in neither "Posts" or "Deleted Posts"

However, it is still in uploads.

In uploads it says "This page has been removed because of a takedown request."
The reason for removal of #150968 is listed as: "Duplicate of post #150968" (which is the post itself, there is no duplicate, does not make sense to me)

So this really looks like a database inconsistency or related/similar consistency problem.

In fact, I care less about the vanished post than the 5 upload slots that seem to be (permanently?) blocked by this

1) The post is banned due to rule violation (realistic loli) so no normal user cannot see the post.
2) The 5 slots block happen when a post is manually deleted (which is separate from banned status) and get freed after 3 days.
