Peek tags

BUR #793 is pending approval.

create implication midriff_peek -> midriff
create implication armpit_peek -> armpits

It's in the name. back peek has less than 10 posts so can't BUR.

seems mutually exclusive to me. only the explicit *_peek tags seem to be implied.

I don't see why they wouldn't be implied on Danbooru either. If you're looking for midriff wouldn't you also want midriff peek?

I don't feel strongly about this. Changed negative to meh.

I can't agree with this request because I love to see body parts accidentally exposed.
