x-cross (bdsm)
A common piece of BDSM equipment, named for the cross upon which St. Andrew is traditionally believed to have been crucified. It consists of an X-shaped frame with restraining points for the wrists and ankles. For safety reasons, most such crosses are securely affixed to a wall.
