wallpaper forced

This tag refers to a picture which has been forced into wallpaper standard: 640x480px, 800x600px 1024x768px, 1280x720px, 1600x900px 1920x1080px, etc. Either by resizing or cropping. Often results in a bad aspect ratio if it is resized as-is.
