The VMU, or Visual Memory Unit is a memory card peripheral for the Sega Dreamcast video game home console.

Its official name was changed by Sega for each of the three key world regions: In Japan is called the Visual Memory System (VMS), in North America the Visual Memory Unit (VMU), and in Europe the Visual Memory (VM).
