toyota sprinter trueno

スプリンタートレノ トレノ AE86 ハチロク Hachi-Roku AE85 ハチゴー Hachi-Go カローラレビン レビン

The Toyota Sprinter Trueno is a small, lightweight coupe introduced by Toyota in 1983 as part of the fifth generation Toyota Corolla lineup. The insider-chassis code of "AE86" depicts the 1600 cc rear-wheel drive model from the range. The Levin has fixed-headlights, and the Trueno has retractable headlights, both could be hatchback or coupe. The export model name Corolla covers both variations.

The car is best known for its incredible handling characteristic, which leads into it being frequently used in various drift racing tournaments.

This tag also covers the AE85 (sold as the Toyota Corolla Levin, Toyota Sprinter Trueno or Toyota Corolla DX), likewise a rear-wheel drive sports coupe, manufactured by Toyota from 1983-1987. While the AE85 shares its chassis and basic design with the famous AE86, the AE85 was designed for economy and differs mainly in its engine, compared to the AE86, which was designed for performance.

The white and black color variant (informally known as the "panda" Trueno) is most known as Fujiwara Takumi's 'Tofu Delivery' car from the Initial D series, while Takeuchi Itsuki purchases an AE85 Levin, mistaken for an AE86. Later on, a young man by the name of Inui Shinji appears, driving a notchback late-model Trueno.
