thief (final fantasy)

シーフ

A class in the Final Fantasy series, which specializes in stealing items and money from enemies. It has many iterations throughout the franchise:

Final Fantasy I: a job available to the Warriors of Light, which upgrades to the Ninja
Final Fantasy III: a job acquired from the Fire Crystal
Final Fantasy V: a job acquired from the Wind Crystal
Final Fantasy VI: Locke Cole is one, although jokingly prefers to be called a "treasure hunter"
Final Fantasy VII: Yuffie Kisaragi is a Ninja, but is also a Thief by trade
Final Fantasy IX: considered to be Zidane Tribal's primary class
Final Fantasy X: Rikku's initial skills involve stealing and using special items, and mixing them like an Alchemist would
Final Fantasy X-2: the dressphere class that Rikku wears as her default outfit, although Yuna and Paine can also use the class
Final Fantasy XI: one of the six basic jobs available
