Takeuchi Naoko (b. March 15, 1967) is the creator and artist of Codename: Sailor V and Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon. She is married to Togashi Yoshihiro, the creator of Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter x Hunter.

The Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Original Picture Collections are artbooks compiling the color illustrations drawn by Takeuchi Naoko during each year of the manga.
