Umamusume character. Student Council President of Tracen Academy.

Horse girl. Has long brown hair with a fringe in front in darker brown, plus a prominent white forelock. This "tricolor" pattern is usually distinctive enough to tag multicolored hair even on greyscale images. Rudolf also has purple eyes and a single green pear-shaped earring on her right ear.

Rudolf's race costume resembles a Napoleonic-era military uniform. This costume consists of a green, gold-trimmed long-sleeved double-breasted coat worn over a dress shirt and green frilled skirt. On her left shoulder is a single epaulette. Both the coat and epaulette feature extensive ornamental gold braids. The costume also features a ascot worn over her neck.

Rudolf in her race costume is also frequently depicted wearing gloves and a red cape, as well as a row of medals pinned over her coat's right breast. She also wears gold-trimmed black thighhighs (usually achieving a zettai ryouiki look) and black high heels.

Rudolf is infamous for having a penchant for cracking horrible 'dad joke'-level puns. This causes Air Groove (her vice-president) no end of grief.
