When an innocuous liquid is presented in a way that resembles something sexual. A common example would be when a character's face is covered in something white that appears to be cum (or, less commonly, pussy juice or urine), but is actually something innocuous like ice cream, milk, or mayonnaise.
Use ambiguous red liquid when the fluid looks like blood but you are unsure.
