"The Flaccid Justice", Tokko Ripua's original Touhou character and Shiki Eiki's younger sister.
She likes study of law-reports and casebooks in Patchouli's library rather than the work of enma. She can use magic because she read a grimoire by mistake there. She is a lazy person, but she can't defy her nagging sister. She works as a Judge when Eiki goes out. She has two rods of remorse. Her later design has heterochromia. She is a bokukko. Her theme music is Crimson Amaryllis.
