When pubic_hair is shaven down to be not, or barely visible anymore. Usually indicated by pubic stubbles or shadow.

This tag should not be used if
-the character has no indication of any pubic hair. Use paipan instead
-the pubic hair is partly shaven. Use shaped_pubic_hair or trimmed_pubic_hair instead.
