manbagi rumiko
A character in Komi-san wa Komyushou desu. She is the second person that Komi Shouko befriended on her own and a gyaru.
She is a dark-skinned female who has brown eyes, large breasts, and medium length blonde hair stylized in a side ponytail with bangs. Her school uniform consists of a white collared tucked in shirt, black shirt, diagonal-striped pleated skirt, and brown loafers.
