Highland-Dwelling Yamajorou
Komakusa Sannyo appears as the 3rd stage boss in the game Touhou 18 Unconnected Marketeers. She is a yamajorou who can manipulate others with tobacco smoke.
She has red eyes and long purple hair arranged in a ponytail, hold in place by a yellow_ribbon; she wears a closed red kimono (often drawn a bit more open to expose either just the cleavage or more of the breasts) with wide sleeves, and a purple skirt, both torn at some areas; wears geta in her feet. In her right hand she hold her kiseru (emiting smoke in the shape of a dragon), and in her left hand she holds a closed yellow hand fan. One of the few Windows-era characters to actually wear complete japanese clothes canonically.
Often joked as a duplicate or daughter of Watatsuki no Yorihime due to her appearance, or as herself as owner of a casino/brothel. What comes from her kiseru is also subject of jokes, either it is cannabis or opium.
