The fourth stage boss of Touhou 17: Wily Beast and Weakest Creature.
She is a turtle-dragon creature, a Jidiao or Kicchou (吉弔), with short, blonde hair, red eyes, a prominent dragon tail, and a pair of antlers. She wears a blue shirt with a blue skirt and a pair of mary janes. Her eyes are yellow in Unfinished Dream of All Living Ghost
Yachie is a manipulative leader whose ability nullifies her opponents will to fight back. Her Kiketsu Family specializes in surprise attacks. She and her organization are responsible for luring the protagonist to the Animal Realm, as part of a staged invasion with the other organizations. She's the leader of the Otter spirits.
