Pokémon #385 in the National Pokédex, a dual type Psychic/Steel Mythical Pokémon. It is said to have the ability to grant any wish for just one week every thousand years.
Jirachi is a small, white, humanoid Pokémon. It has short, stubby legs and comparatively longer arms. There are flaps on the underside of its arms, which give the impression of long sleeves. It also has a third eye on its stomach, which is typically closed due to opening it will unleash an uncontrollable energy that not even Jirachi can contain it.
The strips of paper on its head are based off of tanzaku. It has white skin, facial marks, black eyes and is often drawn floating.
It plays a major role in the 6th Pokémon movie, Jirachi: Wish Maker
