The 3rd costume of Phase Connect's Jelly Hoshiumi.

The theme is winter clothes. It is composed of a pinkish-brown hat with cat ears and two dangly pom poms, a pink coat, and a pinkish-brown pleated skirt. She is wearing uneven legwear: a white thighhigh on her right leg and a white sock on her left, along with a pair of mary janes.
