himitsu no akko-chan

ひみつのアッコちゃん

A pioneering magical girl manga series by Akatsuka Fujio published in 1962. The manga predates Mahou Tsukai Sally, but the Akko-chan anime was not broadcast until 1969, which was three years after the Sally anime debuted in Japan.

Akko transforms herself with the magical phrase tekumakumayakon.

To undo the transformation, she uses ramipasu.
