She has long black hair in a split ponytail and green eyes. She wears a green double-breasted skirt suit and a green bowler hat with a horseshoe ornament.
Is probably a secret horse girl, just like the chairwoman, due to her feats (a normal human being shouldn't be able to outrun a horse girl, let alone the best sprinters of Tracen Academy). Fans speculate that she is Tokino Minoru (a famous WW2 era horse) in a human guise. As if to highlight that point, the horseshoe ornament on her hat is to the right side of her head, on top of the fact that both her and Tokino Minoru's birthday is on May 2nd.
