A manned mobile suit from the Gundam mechaverse.
Making its entrance in Gundam Thunderbolt, the FA-78 Full Armor Gundam is a massive series of upgrades to the Earth Federation RX-78-2 Gundam mobile suit, with a new dark-blue paint job, four extra manipulator arms carrying shields, a twin-barreled beam rifle, and missile launchers at every corner, as well as the extra added armor, which can be ditched if need be, and extra boosters to aid in mobility. It was piloted by the brash and reckless Io Fleming, who as usual, blared freestyle jazz through its communicator as he announced his presence to the battlefield.
Not to be mistaken for the FA-78-1 Full Armor Gundam from the MSV series, which is a vastly different MS.
