fubuki kai ni (kancolle)
Fubuki gained her second remodel with the January 9th 2015 update (timed with the premiere of the first anime) and thus became the first starter ship to have one.
Appearance
Upon kai ni, her white serafuku is retained but opts for a black sailor collar with red stripes, while she also wears a black skirt and black legwear with red stripes: the default Special Type Kai Ni uniform.
As for her rigging, she replaces her original 12.7 cm twin gun mount Type A with a 10 cm twin DP gun mount and wears a type 94 anti-aircraft fire detector on her left wrist. She also gains a radar on her mast. Her use of this gear is hypothetical, however. She was sunk in the battle of Cape Esperance (October 1942) before she ever had a chance to be refit with AA weaponry. Unlike other hypothetical second remodels, she does not require a blueprint for the remodel.
