Eyes of abnormal width, with unnaturally dilated, contracted or elongated pupils, signifying a character in a state of psychosis or otherwise distressed mental state, or perhaps demonic possession. Commonly associated with Ryuuguu Rena from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.
