bucket hat
A soft cotton hat with a wide and downward-sloping brim. Favored by Urahara Kisuke.
If the character is using an actual bucket as a hat, use bucket on head. Do not confuse with pith helmet, a downward-sloping cotton hat stereotypically associated with safaris.
