bad nicoseiga id

Used for when any Nicoseiga post or picture are no longer publicly available.

Some links of the type "source:*lohas.nicoseiga*" also return 404 even though the file might still be available somewhere - see an explanation on github at issue #4496 under the "Store the right source" part.

Other Nicoseiga errors

• Nicoseiga sample: for when a size other than the full size is used
• MD5 mismatch: for when none of the sizes match AIBooru
