Azur Lane's personification of Japanese Repair Ship Akashi (明石).
In her base art, she is a cat girl with green very long hair and an ahoge. She has a mole under her yellow eyes. On her neck is a red ribbon, bell choker. She wears a double-breasted white dress, with a sailor collar and sleeves past her wrists, with tools coming out of her wrist. Her rigging is composed of a giant wrench and a mechanical crane.
In game, she appears as both an obtainable unit and the premium store owner. Since players must interact with her whenever they wish to purchase the premium currency (gems) with real money, she's portrayed as very greedy in her fanwork.
