The franchise has been adapted into a manga and several anime series, and has also had collaborations with other franchises including Tomica Hyper Rescue Drive Head: Kidou Kyuukyuu Keisatsu, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Hello Kitty, Godzilla, Duel Masters, and appearances in Super Robot Wars X-Omega and Super Robot Wars 30.
