The traditional sidekick of Batman. A legacy title, passed down to several people in the DC Comics continuity:

Dick Grayson- the first Robin, becomes Nightwing after retiring his previous role
Jason Todd- the second Robin, killed on duty; becomes Red Hood
Tim Drake- the third Robin, becomes Red Robin after retiring as Robin
Carrie Kelley- Female Robin in an alternate future. Was Not Robin in the normal DC timeline. Becomes a Catgirl afterwards
Stephanie Brown- The fourth Robin and first female Robin in the normal DC timeline, had the identity for a time, becomes the third Batgirl afterwards who was trained by Barbara Gordon, the 1st Batgirl
Damian Wayne- the fifth Robin, currently holds the title
