Ooi (大井, named after the Ooi River) is the fourth ship of the Kuma-class light cruisers (Second ship upgradable to Torpedo Cruiser) in Kantai Collection. She has brown eyes and long brown hair.

Often referred to as "Ooi-cchi" by Kitakami. Sometimes depicted as extremely Kitakami-sexual.
A blackout silhouetted image of her with the text no data on the silhouette used to be a placeholder image in the game in place of missing or failed loading of image data.
