Fairy companion to Link in Ocarina of Time. Seen by the fanbase as highly annoying. Not to be confused with Tatl from Majora's Mask, who has only a bell sound for a voice and is far less annoying as a result and is yellow instead of blue. She and Ciela of Phantom Hourglass share Mizuhashi Kaori as voice actor.
