Though she has skill, she’s a shy, negative-thinking horse girl. Though her name (Doto) means “surging waves” she is quite mild-mannered. She’s always shivering out of fear. Because of this, despite her skill, she doesn’t win races too often, defeated by her own low self-confidence.
