Kaguya Luna is a Virtual YouTuber who made her debut on December 9, 2017. She was managed by Vic inc. from the start, but between fall 2018 and fall 2019, she operated under her own autonomous agency, THE MOON STUDIO. In addition to her YouTube content, she produced music under the Sony Music label SACRA MUSIC. She was designed by Mika Pikazo.
While neither she nor Vic Inc. have officially announced that she had graduated, her most recent YouTube video was published on August 29th, 2020, and the Kaguya Luna Official channel has been inactive ever since. Kaguya Luna's Twitter account has not been active since October 20th, 2020, and as of the end of 2021, the Kaguya Luna Fan Club website has shut down.
Her voice was often compared to Hamtaro, earning her the nickname "Strangled Hamtaro" (首を絞めたハム太郎).
Pmaru-sama, who has admitted she is the talent behind Kaguya Luna, remains very active with her own channel on YouTube.
