Character from Umamusume.
Tomakomai's very own idol horse girl. She is named after Mount Tarumae, a nearby volcano. Part of the Dirt Trio, she is usually depicted as the most level-headed member of the trio, having to rein in Copano Rickey's Feng Shui evangelism as well as Wonder Acute's granny tendencies. However, she's still a very enthusiastic evangelist of her hometown, being it's Tourism Ambassador. She is often depicted with many things pertaining to Tomakomai, such as haskap berries and fellow city mascot Tomachop.
A horse girl, she has long bay brown hair in twin braids and blunt bangs. She has a compound "star and snip" white marking on her bangs, purple eyes and wears a white hat (a sailor hat or a beret) as well as light blue ear covers. She wears a light blue and orange hair bow in front of her right ear.

Hokko Tarumae is a local idol in her small town of Tomakomai. She has officially been appointed "Tomakomai's Tourism Ambassador" because of her passionate love for her hometown. She is seriously trying to promote Tomakomai and its many joys in her running and live performances. But sometimes, she gets so serious that she tends to stray away from her original purpose.
