Summoned by the enslaved human spirits of the Primate Spirit Garden, she and her idols took control over the Primate Spirit Garden and posed a threat to the Animal Realm at large. Since her idols had no flesh, soul or desire, the beast spirits could not resist them. Hence, the beasts executed their plan of pretending to invade Hell in order to recruit the protagonists, kickstarting the plot of Wily Beast and Weakest Creature in the process.
