Fumizuki is the seventh ship of the Mutsuki-class destroyers in Kantai Collection.
She has brown eyes and long brown hair in a ponytail and wears a black serafuku consisting of a long-sleeved black shirt and black skirt. The uniform also includes a white necktie, a crescent pin on her collar and black kneehighs.
Based on her in-game lines, Fumizuki has a very childlike and innocent personality, and is typically portrayed as such. She likes the Admiral quite a bit, and enjoys talking with them. However, she can become shy and embarrassed if the Commander stares at her too much. Fumizuki is overwhelmingly paired with one of her sister ships, though occasionally she is depicted with a mothering Houshou.
