One of the Unova Pokémon League Elite Four, this refined young lady overcame her past weaknesses and became a stronger Trainer (official bio).
In BW, she has blue eyes and long wavy blonde hair with parted bangs and sidelocks. She wears a pink hat, butterfly hair ornaments, a transparent pink cape, a long-sleeve dress, and pink wedge heels (Danbooru post #5196529).
