The narrator from the indie game Helltaker, known as the great fly, a grotesque bloated demonized insect that tells you the story of the man who went to hell to collect a harem.

After beating the game, you can unlock the secret ending in which Beelzebub reveals her alternate form and find the code for the artbook and pancake recipe.
