An image depicting one character of ambiguous or indeterminate gender, either because their face or features are not visible (ambiguous gender) or because they're androgynous.

Do not use this for futanari/male futanari/newhalf/cuntboy characters.

Note that girl/boy/other tags don't apply when:

The character is only implied (talked about/pointed at but not visible/etc)
The character is depicted within a piece of media such as a painting, unless that depiction plays a major role
The character is a lifeless doll or object
