According to a statement from the author on the Civitai model page, the model originated as a joke among the authors of "元素法典", and was originally only available on Baidu Netdisk. The model is claimed to have been the result of a conglomerate of various merges, in particular from the SD Goldmine Rentry, per a user's statement who had access to the Telegram group where the model was born. This matches up with the own author's description that it "fused all the available anime-style models at the time". As such, the model was never meant to be taken seriously, but blew up within the global SD community.
The v4-4.5 mixes were originally stated to be fan mixes/"trolls". The repo/user for v4.0 has since been removed/deleted which also contained the v4.5 model. The CivitAI page for the v4 model seems to have been renamed to 'AnythingElse V4' with the user also gone.
