My preference for quality tags is a little different I keep it pretty simple and disable the built in NAI presets. Just adding "nsfw, best quality, amazing quality" to the end of the prompt, and sometimes "very aesthetic" if it goes well with the style or I want nicer backgrounds.
Same with negs, just "worst quality, bad quality, sketch". Sketch is a pretty big one, and "flat color" is good if you want more realistic shading. You can also add "very displeasing", again I usually just add it if I'm also adding "very aesthetic".

Good tips, this mostly matches what I usually use for NAI especially the rescale, SDE and SMEA. You can usually lower rescale if your gens are desaturated but keeping it around 0.2-0.5 is pretty safe.
