After fiddling around a lot with Restart and prompts, I believe I've finally settled on an image that works best with this idea I had that started with me testing out some of the new samplers added to A1111 recently.
No, I'm not going to waste brainpower trying to decide if that black spot on her leg is a leg tattoo or Stable Diffusion attempting to make a devil tail in a place where it clearly doesn't belong, it looks cool so I didn't bother to fix it. (meanwhile my ass decided to fix various, inconsiderable white patches and other errors, all done in Krita)
VAE used is ClearVAE V2.3, upscaled with 30 steps using DPM++ 2M Karras and .25 on the denoising strength using Ultimate SD Upscale, used ControlNet Tile and band pass for the seams fix. Cropped slightly due to having two white bars on either side of the image.

This was produced using CPU-only, the only way to recreate it is to use A1111 in CPU-only.
