What I have found works best for Anima, even with multiple named characters (and this is mentioned on Anima's huggingface page) is when you specify the names of the characters in your NL prompt, also immediately include at least some visual description. Even just hair and eyes is usually enough. It also helps to separate them into different sentences.
So instead of just "Inugami Korone and Nekomata Okayu playing in the water at the beach"
For the specific scenario in your picture, I would write:
From the side shot of two girls playing in the ocean. Nekomata Okayu with cat ears, cat tail, short purple hair, and closed eyes wearing a collar and purple string bikini bottom is laying on her back topless on a swim ring asleep with hands on her stomach and open drooling mouth. And then tack on your artist tags and whatnot. It's a wall of text, but at that point you really don't even need tags unless you want to tag something specific like an outfit tag or want to emphasize something in particular. NL takes some thought and effort compared to just slapping down tags, but it's been far better in my experience so far for genning what I want in Anima.
