It's semi-official since the LLM mishap which gave origin to her design as a whole did also mention that she sometimes wears a "black reporter's hat and cloak". I like to imagine that it's her Human Village disguise, similarly to Aya's. Changing the hairstyle to a ponytail wasn't my idea (post #130398), but I did add the satchel and the turtleneck, I thought they'd fit.
Sure but you'll have to wait, all of the stuff I've been uploading here are old images that I'm archiving. I haven't caught up with my present works yet.
