Tags are literally categorizing the content, the blacklist let's you pick what tags you do not see, if you do not like horse men add "horse_boy" or "furry_male" to the black list, if you do not like seeing giant penises add "large_penis", "huge_penis" and "gigantic_penis" to the blacklisted tags under settings.
Tags don't work, neither here on Aibooru nor on Civitai. I still see gore, I still see amputees, etc. Besides, tags do not make distinction between tasteful and tasteless, natural and grotesque, confined and sadistic. I took the output and made some edits manually with clip studio. Edited the eyes, hands, hair, toes, and nipples. I like to upscale during generation; seems to work best for me with a low control percentage and high steps.
